12.25.05 - Please note that Ellie received the poodle trash can, feather duster and magic tricks kit for Christmas, so she will not be needing these for her birthday. Everything else, however, is still "needed".

12.15.05 - The birthday fairy has not been able to keep the list current during the past few weeks...here is what i can recall:

3. coal, coal coal - if I just leave it in a box, I think it will turn into jewelry
4. a mechanical pet
5. a journal with a pink cover
6. skis
7. a special ski suit
8. earmuffs (we have tried every pair in the county - none have had the perfect combo of fur and fit)
9. a doorbell for outside my bedroom door
10. a monkey telephone
11. ice skates
12. skating lessons
13. a skating outfit
